Ann Cherrette

Ann Cherrette

Ann Cherrette is Managing Director, Leader Search Services and Business Operations. She is responsible for assisting our clients in finding their business aviation department leaders, as well as the general business operation of VanAllen. Ann’s education, experience and business acumen have translated into her being a much appreciated team member by our clients, as well as the other members of The VanAllen Group.

Prior to joining The VanAllen Group in 2005, Ann worked in the cable television industry for 17 years. Her background includes operations, sales and marketing, and customer service. She has been responsible for operations with $40 million in annual revenues and a staff of over 130 employees. Ann has managed business process re-engineering projects to create efficiencies, drive up standards, and increase staff productivity. She has been project coordinator for new product launches and billing system conversions. Ann also has coordinated a call center’s restructure to improve customer call response time, and developed a customer escalation process designed to identify root cause issues.

During her tenure with VanAllen, Ann has been instrumental in conducting

• Director of Aviation and Maintenance Searches,

• Best Practices Economic Reviews,

• Managing and coordinating Best Practices Operational Reviews and IS-BAO audits,

• Standardizing company policies and practices, and

• The daily business of the firm.

Ann’s Master of Arts in Telecommunications was earned at Michigan State University. Her undergraduate studies were at Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with minors in Journalism and Advertising.
