Don White joined The VanAllen Group to lead the Technical Consulting Services business unit. Don has tremendous expertise that satisfies our clients’ demanding needs for aircraft pre-purchase inspections, aircraft specification and design, as well as completion, modification and delivery projects. As the former V.P. of Aircraft Maintenance at Chrysler Pentastar Aviation, Don was recognized for his high level of customer service, for building high performance teams and for executing successful business development strategies.
Don is a graduate of East Coast Aero Tech, where he recently received the “Distinguished Alumni Award” for his outstanding contribution to the advancement of aviation; he also has his Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from New Hampshire College. His FAA licenses include: Aircraft & Powerplant, Inspection Authorization, and Systems and Equipment Designated Engineering Representative (DER).
During his 33+ years in the business aviation industry, Don has been involved in numerous professional originations including: The NBAA Maintenance Advisory Board, Michigan Institute of Aeronautics Advisory Board, Gulfstream GV Build Team Advisory Board, and the Flight Safety Maintenance Training Advisory Board.
Don understands the value and importance of outstanding customer service and has considerable experience cultivating strong customer service cultures and customer support programs. He is adept at building high performing teams and executing successful business development strategies and customer satisfaction programs. Don is a talented negotiator and has been instrumental in the formation of cost reduction teams, planning and directing strategies, and reengineering procedures to heighten the assurance of the value achieved by an organization.
